The Idaho Aquarium

While Larry went up to McCall to spend the last two days of Scout Camp with Josh, Rachel and I had some girl bonding time.  We went shopping for a few hours at the mall and she got some cute shirts for school.  We had lunch and then went to the new aquarium since I had a free admission coupon.  It was pretty cool, for what they had, even though it was small.

Here she is petting a Manta ray.  They were so slippery and smooth like soft rubber.  There was one little one that kept coming back to Rachel again and again.  It was her favorite.  She even got brave enough to pet one of the hammerhead and a tiger sharks.

This was one of the bigger Manta Rays and he really liked to eat!  He would come out of the water a little bit to try to get some more fishy treats.  He even tried to get more out of my hand, he had very strong suction, and kind of scraped my fingers, the big hungry guy!
