Josh Turns Twelve

This is one of those B-I-G birthdays! Josh turned 12 and even though we are having a difficult time accepting that he is really that old, we had a fun day celebrating it. We had some of his favorite foods, lots of bacon and sausages for brunch. (We also had biscuits, and eggs.) Josh LOVES bacon and sausage, he is crazy about it!!! He went to the movie Tron with Dad, Danielle and Aaron. He said it was his new favorite movie! Everybody else liked it too. Then he wanted stir fry for dinner and it was yummy. It was time for presents and cake. He wanted a keyboard and hasn't been able to stay off of it. To, me the best thing we did for his birthday, is to take him to the Boise Temple and do baptisms. Danielle and Aaron weren't able to go with us, so they watched Rachel. It was a great time, and how wonderful to end the year in the Lord's house! On Sunday, he will be ordained a Deacon. We are proud of him!

HOW WONDERFUL! Happy Birthday, Young Man. We're excited for you. If I catch your eye tomorrow, I'll have a wink for you! You have will be invited to share in the actual power of Heavenly Father! The power that made the earth, heals the sick, binds families together forever....WOW! Learning how to use that kind of power is step by step, so enjoy being a Deacon....sorry for the sermon....just excited for you!
