Tooooooo Many Presents!!!
Since last year we were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Canada with Britteni and her family, this was the first Christmas we had in Idaho. We almost had a white one, but most of the snow had melted. Danielle, Aaron, and Jessi came home from BYU, so we had all the kids here, except for Britteni. As soon as she gets her residency paperwork back, then she can travel into the states again, and hopefully we can all be together soon.
Each family has their own traditions, and here are some of ours. We all get to open one present on Christmas Eve after we read and sing. The kids usually have a very difficult time picking which one to open. Josh and Rachel had been shaking and changing their minds on which one to open for a few days. Rachel opened hers, thinking it felt like a Webkinz, and she was right. She got the softest chinchilla! Josh didn't have a problem picking his, it sounded like Legos and it was Legos--Star Wars, and he quickly put it all together. Jessi got a cook book that I wrote in our family's favorites. She was so happy with it. She also appreciated the thought and time that went into it.
